[ARCHIVED] Fourth Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen (COVID-19)

Monday, April 27, 2020, the City of Starkville Mayor and Board of Aldermen adopted a fourth resolution for the control of contagious and infectious diseases.

Here are some notable points, but does not include the full text of this resolution:

-The 10:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. curfew is extended until May 11, 2020, to align with the time frame of the Governor’s Executive Order 1477.

-All businesses open to the public shall require their employees and customers over the age of 6 years old to wear face coverings.  Businesses are required to provide adequate supervision to ensure compliance by employees and customers.  This is effective tomorrow, April 28, 2020, at 8:00 A.M. and continues until May 11, 2020, to align with the time frame of the Governor’s Executive Order 1477.
