About the Planning Division
The City of Starkville’s Planning Division reviews and makes recommendations on development projects within the city, enforces the city’s zoning ordinances, provides administrative and technical support to the Planning & Zoning Commission, the Board of Adjustments & Appeals, the Historic Preservation Commission, Tree Advisory Board, and assists the general public and developers with zoning questions.
